Very few customers have the technical expertise to know what they really need or to know when they are being misled. If you have arranged for an IT salesman to visit your site for a demonstration or a sales meeting, I can be present at this meeting for a very reasonable hourly rate. Salesmen can be very convincing, especially if you do not have a knowledgeable professional fighting your corner and uncovering the facts that you really need to know.
